If everything looks good, press the "Checkout" button. On the information page, you need to fill in the correct address details and ensure all information is accurately entered. Once these details are correctly filled in, you can press the "Proceed to Shipping" button.

On the "Shipping" page, you can double-check the entered address details. Additionally, you'll notice that every shipment is delivered for free. As a token of appreciation for our customers, we cover the shipping and delivery costs for orders over €20. You can proceed by clicking on the "Proceed to Payment" button.

In the payment options, you have a choice of various payment methods. At taylormelbourne.com all payment options are SSL encrypted; you are always assured of a secure payment environment.

We cover the shipping costs for every order valued at €20 or more. All our products are delivered to your home without additional charges. There is no minimum order quantity required either.

Below, you'll find the average delivery time for all our packages:

  • After placing an order, we require 1 - 3 business days to process your order.
  • Once your order is processed, it will be shipped, and on average, it takes 5 - 14 business days for your order to be delivered.

If you've placed an order with us, you can easily track when your package will arrive after a few days. You'll receive your tracking code via email, allowing you to track your order through our tracking partners. Please refer to our Track & Trace page for how this works.

Delivery of Your Order

When your order is delivered, you can enjoy it! Of course, things can always go wrong. Want to exchange or return? Then, please refer to this page.

Defective Product?

How unfortunate! Unfortunately, your product may get damaged during transportation. For this, we always provide a new package for free the first time, and unfortunately, we cannot refund. If it arrives defective the second time, we will refund your total purchase amount.

Lost Package?

If a package is lost or not delivered for a logistical reason, we always send a new package first before proceeding with our refund and return policy.

Customs Duties

In some cases, customs may inspect the package delivered to you. Unfortunately, this legislation changed as of July 1, 2021, and we have no control over it. In a few cases, customs may charge a small number of import duties. However, don't worry! We see that this will not happen in 99% of cases. If customs charges are still applied, please contact us.

Delivery When Not at Home or at the Post Office

If a package is delivered to the door or left at a post office, the costs are covered by Hoooqz. If the package is not accepted or not picked up at the post office, it will automatically return to the supplier, and we have the right to deduct 100% of the order value from the amount you will receive back.
